Most of the world commutes…
I lived in the Southern California for most of my life, and used to have a lot of time to think during my commutes. As crazy as it sounds, this is the inspiration for The Long Commute. I have started a new chapter of my life and career in which my commute will be to all points of the globe. This amazing opportunity gives me the gift of time to be inspired by and learn from different cultures, while looking at it all through the lens of 20 years of experience developing talent and coaching leaders.
Maybe you commute to work, or maybe to school. Some have long commutes, some short. Some drive. Some take public transportation or walk. Maybe it’s the few steps to your home office or to wake up the kids.
The point is, the majority of people spend time out of their day getting to a place of work, education, artistic expression, or other means of fulfilling their lives and providing for their families.
I decided to compile these insights, connections and conversations here, sharing my “Long Commute” with you!
All my random thoughts, experiences and insights along the way.
